Office Holiday Notice on the Occasion of Victory Day

Eliseo Food & Beverage Ltd. hereby notifies all employees, distributors, suppliers, customers and business partners that the Company?s Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities and Distribution Operations remained closed on Saturday, 16 December 2025, on the occasion of Bangladesh Victory Day, a government-declared public holiday.

All regular operations, including order processing, production activities, dispatch services and customer communications, resumed on Sunday, 17 December 2025.
